Hi, can you please authorise my MaxiDiag Elite MD802 to change language to Polish. Device serial number: MD8215003484Is it possible to have two authorised languages on this device English and Polish please?One more question: device I have purcheased came as "4 system + DS", how to update this device to support "All systems + DS"?Regards. -

Hello, you can contact your dealer to upgrade the MD802 4 system to ALL system, after upgrading, you can apply for the Polish language. -

Hi,I contacted my dealer about upgrading from "4 systems" to "all systems" as advised, and I was told that they will be contacting Autel's tech support in order to provide me with an appropriate upgrade path. Once I have the answers I will let you know, so I can get Polish language authorised on my device.Thanks. -

Thank you for your help.As read before on this forum, users switching languages were asked to re-format SD card and use update tool to re-download software. Do I have to follow same steps?Thanks. -
